I have been working in PR since 2004, starting out in consumer technology, retail and fashion before specialising in travel, hospitality and food.

I now work on a one-to-one basis with hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars and self-catering spots, helping them to raise awareness and increase their bookings through national and regional media reviews, features and partnerships, and to position them within the industry through awards and accolades, events and profile interviews.

I have worked with UK hotels like Palé Hall in north Wales, 5* Seaham Hall in County Durham and The Freemasons at Wiswell in Lancashire. Restaurants include Michelin-starred The Walnut Tree Inn in Abergavenny and Fish & Forest in York, and in London, a mix of high end and casual including Le Comptoir Robuchon, Daphne’s, Amazónico and Rudie’s Jerk Shack. Further afield, I have worked with Visit Faroe Islands tourist board and tour operators Sunvil, InsideAsia and GIC The Villa Collection. Food brands include Cinco Jotas ibérico ham, Blushing Cook floral brownies and Daylesford Organic.
