Within the first six months of working with this pub-turned-restaurant, I secured coverage in The Caterer, Olive Magazine and delicious Magazine and helped them gain recognition from Michelin, the Good Food Guide and the Estrella 50 Best Gastropubs list. A steady stream of regional press has also spread awareness and attracted a loyal, local following.

Fish & Forest in York is a small independent restaurant making a big impact. With a sustainable ethos at its heart, this neighbourhood restaurant was recognised by Michelin for its ‘Commitment to Sustainable Gastronomy’ just one year after opening in 2020. A targeted PR campaign to regional, national and consumer press has generated widespread media coverage for Fish & Forest and features on its chef owner Stephen Andrews.
